During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, something unexpected happened: used car sales surged, and the whole category started moving differently.

Victor Dalmau, Managing Director of Volkswagen Middle East, and John Ure, Used Cars Manager

For a conversation about what changed consumer behavior, supply chains, trust, and why demand suddenly tilted toward pre-owned.

The piece was built to feel like a straight, confident talk with clean visuals, clear pacing, and soundbites that could travel easily across platforms. Turning an industry moment into a story people could actually follow (even if they’re not “car people”).
