This campaign started with a frustration: the newsfeed was starting to feel… fake.

Too polished. Too performative. Too “brand voice.”

So we built something with the opposite energy. A breakthrough through the artificial scroll with something human. The kind of content that doesn’t ask people to admire a brand, but to recognize themselves in it.

The intention was simple: put real people and real journeys at the center, and let authenticity do the heavy lifting. 

And then the world shifted.

What we initially treated as a creative choice, leading with empathy, connection, and real-life perspective, suddenly became painfully relevant. The need for honest stories wasn’t “nice to have” anymore. It was the only language that made sense.

So the campaign evolved from a breakthrough idea into something deeper: a reminder that when people are going through it, the most powerful thing a brand can do is show up like a person.
