If Expo 2020 was the “greatest show,” the volunteers were the heart that kept it moving.

The Expo 2020 Volunteers program brought together 30,000 volunteers. People who showed up early, stayed late, welcomed everyone, solved problems, and kept the energy up day after day.

My job was to turn that huge, abstract number into something you could actually feel.

I created a series of social-first pieces that spotlighted key milestones and moments from the volunteers’ journey. The kind of content that frames them as what they really were: the everyday heroes of Expo 2020 Dubai.

Not staged. Not overly polished. Just real pride, real emotion, and real community. All packaged in a way that could travel fast on social and still hit with sincerity.
