The year was 2021. The place? We Are Social Middle East. The time? That sweet spot in the last week of December when everyone's wrapping things up, looking back at the year, and realizing… damn, we really did that.

And we did.

From the creative minds cooking up ideas to the production teams bringing them to life, and the account managers somehow keeping the whole madness together, 2021 was one hell of a ride. The briefs kept coming, the ideas kept flowing, the deadlines were doing what deadlines do, and somehow, through all the chaos, OUR WORK WAS POPPIN'.

So naturally, we had to make some noise about it.

And what better way to do that than with an original track by our very own Creative Director, Amr Younis, who didn't just create the music but jumped on the mic himself? Yes, that's actually him singing.

I built the reel around that track, letting the music drive the editing, the rhythm, and the attitude. Fast cuts, punchy transitions, bold visuals, and a whole lot of personality.

But beyond the edits and the music, this one was personal.

It was a chance to celebrate the work I was proud to be part of, the people I got to create it with, and the kind of team that makes even the craziest deadlines worth it. Because great work doesn't happen in isolation. It happens when a bunch of talented, slightly crazy people come together and push each other to make something worth talking about.

2021 gave us plenty to talk about.

And years later? The work is STILL POPPIN'.

Much love and a massive salute to everyone who made that year what it was. This one's for the team.
