For Expo 2020 Dubai’s “Less than 1 Year to Go” event, the city gathered at Burj Park in Downtown Dubai for a night that played like a mini-Expo: performing arts, spectacle, music, and that shared rush you get when something big is finally close.
I captured the night as a highlights piece built for momentum. It was fast, bright, and full of those crowd-reacts / stage-moments that make you want to say: “Okay… this is really happening.”
The event was also live-streamed to activations across the Emirates, so the edit was designed to feel national. One celebration happening in many places at once, with Dubai at the center.
